This mindfulness through visualization exercise will help guide you to Your Happy Place - a place you can visit whenever you need to feel safe and at peace.  This can be very helpful when you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed. It’s also a nice exercise to use for daily relaxation.  All you need to do is take a few deep breaths and think about this wonderful place.
