Matt Kwan is a BJJ Black Belt, Owner of On Guard BJJ, and Co-Founder of the Podcast BJJ Mental Models. Matt is widely considered one of the best No-GI BJJ competitors locally as he regularly wins Provincial titles in his respective weight class. Matt has previously been on Episode 3 and Episode 21. Matt has been very successful both on the mat and as a BJJ Gym owner and Pre-Lockdowns was starting to do very well on the international scene. Matt is also very outspoken on the topic of Freedom of Choice, Freedom of Speech, and Freedom in general.
