I break down 20 years of my weight loss and weight gain struggles, from my exercise strategies, to my diet strategies, to my binge eating struggles, and more. I talk about what finally started working after all my years of struggle, and how I adjusted to a sustainable weight loss journey.


I organized my 20 years of struggle into 5 year sections, totaling 4 chapters. Starting when I was just 10 years old up to when I was 30 years old. Hopefully my podcast and journey can help you avoid making the same mistakes as I have, and for as long as I have.
