Ep. 19 Siets Bakker ~ Moving Questions

Dear Wachama People!

In nature everything flows. Most of the problems in our lives occur when the natural flow is broken and blockages emerge that result tension. These natural patterns are recognizable on individual, social or organizational level.

Siets Bakker is an author, speaker, coach and trainer who works with Moving Questions. This means that she can guide her clients quickly at the level where actual long-lasting change is made. They are able to look beyond the symptoms because the questions she asks aim to find the root cause. This method makes it immediately clear what the next best steps are.

Siets’ work as a consultant consists of leading team activities with boards, management and staff, change assignments and teaching others how they can make their own Moving Questions, via lectures, workshops and presentations.
