VRR Deep Dive: Will VR find an unlikely audience among Retrogamers?
Welcome to another installment of Deep Dives. On this Deep Dive, Anthony explores the relationship between Virtual Reality and Retrogames. These two unlikely bedfellows could become kissing cousins in the very near future. More and more VR games are coming out with stylized retro graphics. We also have VR games that will take us back to arcade gaming from yesteryear. Plus, some publishers and developers are mining the past for games that can be retrofitted for a VR experience. Imagine exploring your favorite childhood games, from inside the game you know like the back of your hand. Thanks for listening, and don't forget to subscribe! The audio podcast version of our weekly VR Roundtable show is also available on iTunes, as well as all the other usual places.
