Dr. Jacqui Bergman is a distinguished professor of Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychology at Appalachian State University. With a Ph.D. in IO Psychology from The University of Tennessee, Dr. Jacqui Bergman brings a wealth of expertise to our discussion, having published extensively on topics ranging from empathy and social justice attitudes to faculty narcissism and student outcomes. Her impressive academic journey includes roles as Chairperson of the Department of Management and Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, showcasing her commitment to teaching and administrative leadership. Dr. Jacqui Bergman is actively researching the effects of social justice knowledge in sustainable business education and exploring the longitudinal influence of narcissism within team contexts.

She teaches graduate-level courses such as Employment Law, Leadership, Groups and Teams, and Strategic Human Resource Management. At the undergraduate level, her courses include Survey of Management, Human Resource Management, Introduction to Organizational Behavior, and Leadership: Perspective and Skills.
