How we can understand and celebrate neurodiversity

In this episode, we speak with Emily Nuttall and Molly Taylor, two members of our Lived Experience Advisory Group, who share their experiences of being neurodivergence.

Emily & Molly talk about the daily challenges and advantages of being neurodivergent, how this can intersect with mental health, and the coping mechanisms they use to support themselves.

We also discuss what advice they would give to neurodivergent people who may be struggling and anyone supporting them.
