In this episode we talked about when to just say it, its an interesting topic because we’ve been talking with you about a lot of other concepts of how we can get over the fear and what to say in those moments but now we just need to get it out.

That confidence is now in us we understand where we’re coming from in so you need to just say it be OK with it send that text don’t think about it be authentic self don’t let anybody else consider you any less than now of course were talking with people who are already mentally stable enough to be able to know who they are in society to be able to make a contribution to we’re not talking about negative words of hatred anger no comments that would incite any type of violence so this isn’t just say it be OK

In this episodes Next Actions we suggest 2 parts - 1. To find a few people you can say anything you wanna say but this time mention what you haven't said before. and 2 - Have others share what they need to because it is when you get to say what’s your truth you believe to be genuine and authentic how do we get to that space when it’s OK to just say what I want to say?
