After studying overseas in Toronto, and working as a gourmet editor in a Canadian Asian magazine, Lambert returned to Macau. He worked with Wynn Resorts Macau until 2021, before founding MACAUEAT, a marketing and production studio offering digital services to promote the city’s culinary gems dotted along cobbled streets and glitzy casino strips. In 2024, he teams up with Michelin-starred chef Justin Paul to open a semi-fine-dining restaurant named JUSTINDIA. With Justin’s culinary expertise and Lambert’s marketing skills, the restaurant quickly becomes one of the most popular in town.
