Tom Carson was my first boss in the IT industry when I joined Compaq way back in 2000. He has held board level and CEO positions for global multinationals and for new business start-ups in Ireland, the UAE and the Caribbean region. What I always appreciated most about Tom's leadership style was the care he displayed towards his people.
