This conversation truly did feel like relief to my nervous system. Ashlyn provides a lovely practice to hold space for difficult emotions that we may be unwilling to feel. These difficult emotions that may be leading us to binge. For my patients and clients, binges usually happen in the afternoon or evening when people are feeling overwhelmed, burned out, lonely, you name it. Instead of escaping these emotions, throwing off hormones, and gabbing the quickest fix, be that chips, chocolate, booze, or a blunt, instead: practice regulating your nervous system with Ashlyn's tips and practices.


We also got to connect about how disconnected we felt from our bodies when first embarking on our health journeys. Under-eating, losing our periods, and how we found balance.
