John has his own incredible story about his heart health and has taken his passion for the subject and run with it, becoming president of the chapter and advocating for heart health in all the ways possible, and spreads the word and education on the topic of heart health to any who will listen. Our host, Jacqui, has dealt with plenty of heart issues of her own and found comfort and support through the Mended Hearts organization, so this episode is a great look into the organization and what you can expect if you are looking for support there as well.
