After experiencing numbness and depression following a series of losses, Henika left the corporate world to study in arts therapy and clinical psychotherapy for individuals and couples. She now combines tantra and yoga with western therapeutic guidelines to create safe spaces to connect more deeply, express more freely and love more intimately through tantra, yoga, bodywork, dance and art.

Henika has just launched her first book ‘Sensual’ - a guide to understanding the inner spark we are all born with, why and how we lose it, and how to reclaim our power to live the life we truly want.
