EP. 9 - A once-homeless teen in Portland, Nadya Okamoto founded an internationally known nonprofit (PERIOD) at 16, authored a highly regarded book, and will soon graduate from Harvard. In early 2020, Okamoto co-founded August, a lifestyle brand working to reimagine periods. She’s been recognized on the lists of Forbes 30 under 30, Bloomberg 50 “Ones to Watch” and People Magazine's Women Changing the World.
