Hey, I’m Robin Rhine McDonald, a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mama of 2, and a seminarian turned health coach. And I am SO excited that you are here!!
I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy.
It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term.
It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes.
That is when I realized the most important thing to ever impact my life and health - If I wanted change, I had to partner with God!
With God, I crafted a healthy lifestyle that led to ENERGY, healthy weight loss, and confidence in my body WITHOUT feeling overwhelmed or giving in to old patterns.
10 years and two kids later, by the GRACE OF GOD, I’m still prioritizing my health and feeling amazing.
I’ve become gripped with the vision of seeing EVERY body that comprises the BODY of Christ healthy and well.

This episode is for my comadres. The ladies who are like me. We take it all on, we try to make it happen. We say yes and despite the cost, it gets done. We are on the go most of the time. We have those moments of impatience or extra stress, but by and large we are almost always juggling numerous responsibilities at once and we get stuff done.
And if you're like me, you might be in a place where you know you do a lot, you know you're busy. You know it PROBABLY would be good to slow down, but you haven't. Because you have to do what you have to do.
So if you're wanting to learn how to reduce stress, avoid burn out, and STILL live out the calling and purpose God's placed on your life. You'll want to tune in.
Today's guest shares her story of immense loss and tragedy followed by her propensity to take on too much at the expense of her health. The insights God has revealed to her are SOOoo helpful for all of us, providing VERY practical and specific ways we can partner with God to minimize stress and maximize our rest and trust in God.
