It is often said that those who have the correct mentors early in their lives to lead and mold them into becoming successful are blessed. Mentors are uniquely qualified to provide unbiased advice since they have been there and done that. They have the knowledge and experience to back up their advise. They have significant information that can help you solve difficulties and capitalize on opportunities. They can not only assist you strategize, but they can also provide directions on how to use the knowledge to perform tasks and meet goals. If you're lucky, they could become your "friend, philosopher, and guide."
