Vineyard Nordic represents all church communities within the Vineyard movement located in the nations of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
We are a community that values relationships, sharing faith (and doubts!) and caring for others inside and outside of the four walls of the church. In the Vineyard, we are on a path together – learning more about who God is and how this relates to our daily lives. You are most welcome to visit any of our churches! I am a Vineyard pastors kid, so I grew up in a church environment and Gods existence was always clear for me. Since my early days of childhood I was drawn to music, so I started my journey of becoming a professional musician-violinist. At the same time I joined our worship team and slowly grew into understanding of what worship is and how it is different from a things I was learning in school and music academy (later). Now I am a wife to my husband Gustas, a mom for our 3 yo son-Nathaniel and soon to be mom for our 2nd child, working in a Christian student ministry and serving as a worship leader in Kaunas Vineyard, Lithuania.
In this seminar, I will share my personal journey and the lessons I learned in discovering the unique beauty and treasures of Vineyard worship, which helped me connect with God in a profound way. This experience extended beyond music, influencing other aspects of my life, and led me to songwriting and igniting a passion for serving others with music and songs that set people free from their past and guide them to Jesus.
I will briefly discuss three levels of growth as a worshiper that God has led me through, by activating the gifts He has given me.
In the final part of the seminar, we will engage in a practical exercise by exploring the Psalms for inspiration. We will seek to understand the main purpose of worship and how we can apply it to deepen our faith and positively impact our communities.
