Leaders serve others for a common good - nothing more, nothing less. It can be a struggle to do so yet are compelled to do so. Belief in them is strong, as trust is cemented through strong modeling. In the age of Corona, is it not even more important (if that's even possible) to build the trust of family, friends, students, colleagues and customers?
