Do you ever find yourself doubting that it’s actually possible for ANY busy working mom to find time for “self-care”? A cycle of hurrying, meeting others' needs, rinse and repeat?! As a full time hospice physician, wife, mom to 4 young kids, I've been there and didn't know how I'd ever be able to come up for air. Through coaching (thought work), body-based/somatic tools, and lots of trial and error in real life, I am in a place of more joy, ease, and confidence. When the World Feels Like It’s On Fire

You’re not alone if you’re freaking out, spiraling, or feel numb and totally unsure of what to do.

The last couple of weeks have been a blur and bring up so many issues and emotions.

Here’s my unscripted, unedited share on how I’ve been doing and what I’ve been trying to focus on as we are all looking for ways to somehow make a dent in what’s happening all around us.
