Do you ever find yourself doubting that it’s actually possible for ANY busy working mom to find time for “self-care”? A cycle of hurrying, meeting others' needs, rinse and repeat?! As a full time hospice physician, wife, mom to 4 young kids, I've been there and didn't know how I'd ever be able to come up for air. Through coaching (thought work), body-based/somatic tools, and lots of trial and error in real life, I am in a place of more joy, ease, and confidence. I want to share and encourage you to step into your own power as the author of your life and feel fully capable and worthy doing it.

Transforming Depleted Giver Syndrome Through Coaching

In this episode of the Vibrant Humans podcast, join me as we explore the transformative journey from Depleted Giver Syndrome to vibrant well-being. Many of us—especially caregivers, healthcare professionals, and helping souls—often prioritize the needs of others at the expense of our own health and happiness. This chronic cycle of giving can lead to exhaustion, resentment, and a loss of identity.

Tune in as I delve into the characteristics of Depleted Giver Syndrome, sharing personal insights and practical strategies for transformation through coaching. Discover how to shift from overcommitment to intentional boundaries, from exhaustion to energetic balance, and from guilt to permission for self-care.
