Do you ever find yourself doubting that it’s actually possible for ANY busy working mom to find time for “self-care”? A cycle of hurrying, meeting others' needs, rinse and repeat?! As a full time hospice physician, wife, mom to 4 young kids, I've been there and didn't know how I'd ever be able to come up for air. Through coaching (thought work), body-based/somatic tools, and lots of trial and error in real life, I am in a place of more joy, ease, and confidence. I want to share and encourage you to step into your own power as the author of your life and feel fully capable and worthy doing it.

Processing Deep, Hard Emotions: Grief and Healing

In today’s episode, I’m talking about something close to my heart: processing deep, hard emotions, particularly grief. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a dream, I’ll walk you through simple and actionable strategies to help you process that grief with kindness and compassion. From breathwork to journaling, seeking support, and creating meaningful memory rituals, I’ll share how you can navigate grief while taking care of yourself.

I truly believe that no one should walk through grief alone, and that’s why I’d love for you to join the Vibrant Humans Facebook group, a space where you can connect with other professional moms who are on a similar journey. We’re here to support one another, share resources, and grow together.
