This episode is the continuation of previous ones. In this episode, Gurudev describes how a human embryo inside its mother's womb absorbs life energy from Cosmos. In the mother's womb, the embryo lies in a state of "tapas", penance. It doesn't breathe, but remains connected with the Spirit through cerebrospinal centres. Gurudev also defines what yoga is or its true purpose. Yoga is restraining the prana-energy that enters the human body through the medulla to go downward but lifting it up and storing it in the brain. This is the purpose of meditation.
