Meditating on Divine Sounds/தெய்வீக ஒலிகளை தியானித்தல்

Even from the beginning of his spiritual journey, a yoga-sadhaka will be connected with the higher realms of his existence. As a result of grace and his austere yoga-meditation practice, he begins to perceive divine astral music that vibrates in and sustains his body and universe during meditation which helps him to tune his consciousness with higher realms. These astral sounds, a meditating yogi hears, are not mere imaginations of his subconscious mind. It comes out as a result of the activation of his cerebrospinal centers or Chakras. The Cosmic Symphony he/she listens is nothing but the Aum, the Sound of Creation. As per the developmental stages of each devotee, Aum is perceived in various forms. For a fully advanced yogi, all the sounds of Cosmic Aum is heard as a celestial symphony, along with the opening of the Third Eye, the gateway to God. 

Whatever spiritual path one may follow, the power of Kundalini must be awakened. The only true experience of awakened Kundalini is the experience of Divine Sounds, a yogi hears. This Sounds or Aum is the bridge that connects the mortal soul with the immortal Spirit. So, meditating on Divine Inner Sounds is the surest way to God.
