Prior to a career in land assembly and commercial real estate, Carl spent half a decade in the financial service industry as a Financial Advisor focused on achieving his clients’ investment objectives. After realizing his true passion for real estate investment and development, he pursued and obtained his trading services license through Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia - and never looked back.
