You are enough. You are perfect!

This episode is powerful to me. I discuss the how to look through a lens of compassion instead of pity for those who has harmed or cause great pain to us. We must remember that hurt people, hurt people and when we see through a lens of compassion, we can begin the process of healing not only ourselves but others as well. Compassion leads to forgiveness but it also allows us to set boundaries for ourselves.

I’m a world that feels less connected and void of love, I wanted to talk about some key values that can help with these issues. Compassion and empathy are the key at this point of our life journey! They help us evolve and grow and allows us to connect and love again!

You have a voice to make a difference right now. In this episode, I speak about some important points on why we should use the uniqueness of our voice to make a positive impact on the world around us!

What are you manifesting in your life? Sometimes we experience unexpected situations that makes us extremely happy or extremely sad! I look at my life as a manifestation of my destiny! Sometimes things happens to bring us back to the present moment to reminds us how powerful we are as well as how powerless we could be! It’s about surrendering to life and all it has to offer and in the middle of letting go, we leave room to manifest the greatest life lesson we need to shift up on the path of our destiny! In this episode I talk about how you can turn a negative emotion to something positive. An emotion like anger and bring a negative experience. Why not be aware of what you are angry about and transmute the energy into a passionate outcome. I am becoming more aware of what makes me angry and I am on a mission to make impactful changes by using my voice, my experiences and my resources to change the world around me. In this episode, I talk about owning your own lane by remembering who your are, recognizing your natural gifts and abilities and using them to be of service. When you own your lane, you don’t have to compete. You don’t have to compare yourself to others. You don’t have to shrink yourself and put others on a pedestal. When you own your lane, you are confident and powerful and your creativity emerge from deep within. Own your lane and walk with purpose!!

You must be aware of the fact that you have a choice to write your own story. Either write it or someone else will take the pen and write it for you. Do you live your life based on the opinions and beliefs of others or your own? Take a deep dive and look over your life, are you happy with where you are? If not? This is an opportunity to hold the pen and starting from now, begin the journey of writing your own story!! Make all your dreams and wishes come through by playing an active role in your destiny! In this episode, I talk about recognizing and acknowledging your self worth. It took me many years to see my worth and value and sometimes I still have to talk myself into getting what I want or even saying “thank you” when someone compliments me or give me something. I never knew how to take a compliment or accept gifts because I was the one doing those things for others. When I start telling myself and seeing myself as worthy of all that I have, I started manifesting more. Everything that I wanted started showing up in my life. Listen in as I talk about your worth, your value and how you are an asset in people’s lives.

In this episode, I talk about how I’m recognizing and remembering that my outside world is a reflection of my inside world and that every person that appears in my life is a mirror of me. Whether conscious or unconscious, the experiences with the people are a magnet pulled to us to help us grow and evolve. Reflect back on all the people that appeared in your life and ask yourself what did you learn from them? More than likely, those people that was in front of you was a mirror. In this episode, I talk about recognizing that you are a piece of the bigger puzzle. When you know that you belong, no matter where you are in life, you start appreciating and being grateful for your journey more. Know that your uniqueness is needed now more than ever and that you don’t have to be anyone else or be influence outside of who you are. Are you forcing yourself to fit in where you don’t belong? In your relationship, job or environment? If it’s not a perfect fit, then it’s not for you (yet). Whatever you are doing in life should feel safe not forced. Your purpose is to live an authentic life by loving who you are and being the example of what learning, growing and evolving looks like. Your purpose is to stop blaming others for where you are at in your life and start holding yourself accountable for your thoughts, your words and your actions. Your purpose is to accept that you are playing a major role in the creation of your life and you have a choice to make the best decision that is best for you.
