We are curious and compassionate thinkers and doers. We are diverse in faith, ethnicity, history and spirituality, but aligned in our desire to make a difference for the good. We have a track record of standing on the side of love, justice, and peace. We have radical roots and a history as self-motivated spiritual people: we think for ourselves and recognize that life experience influences our beliefs more than anything. Spirituality, Health, and Healing

This week's episode features UUMAN's own Rev. Kim Palmer, asks us to consider how religion and spirituality are connected to health. Serious illness can be a shock to us in every way: physically, mentally, and spiritually.

How does our spirituality help us cope? How can we bring our values and beliefs to bear in the service of healing?

You'll also hear our wacky Stewardship team's sketch comedy stylings, the usual announcements, and a guided meditation focusing on lemons.
