This is the usuryFree Jubilee plan for our indigogo.com crowd funding campaign. We're trying to raise $50k for software. (We don't have any software developers who accept Hour Money yet). Those who donate will be reimbursed with Hours so they retain full value. It's essential to understand that money has no value on its own. Just like a gift certificate/contract has no value. The restaurant owner's food is the value. For example: At the beginning of a Monopoly board game everyone starts with $1500 and no debt. Similarly, we can start an entirely new bottom-up monetary system where every adult with a cell phone ISSUES 100 Hours($1000). This would just be the start-up money to prime the system. More Hours will be issued by the "have-nots" as more value is produced. Each local, county sized Hour Money system would control the issuance. Since the local community can ISSUE high school football game tickets without over-issuance; then they issue Hour Money without. Hours are a fixed unit value which can be traded worldwide physically and digitally. 1 Hour/hour is the compensation rate for unskilled. Semi and highly skilled earn multiples of Hours/hour.
