Kayla (the mentor), and Kevin (the mentee) were chatting in a text conversation. Kayla (the mentor) asked Kevin (the mentee) how the workouts were going at the new Opex Bridgeport location that morning. The mentee replied, and the mentor replied, WHAT??? This isn't a 40-minute advertisement for OPEX; It may sound like it at times. Rather, it is a discussion about workouts, programs, how we design, what we design, and why we create what we do. It's not an OPEX workout, it's not a group workout, It's a workout designed for the client.
