
So many voices are out there sharing how we can improve our health and fitness. They all sound knowledgeable and legit. Many of them are! For anyone who is not totally up to speed on how to improve their health, these voices can be overwhelming. We then find ourselves trying to figure out what will work for us. Many overcomplicate, leading to frustration and quitting. We're going to keep it simple today and discuss three things that will work for everyone!
