5 ways to get more fiber into your diet for a healthy microbiome

Your microbiome is where around 80% of your immune system comes from, which is why it's super important to keep it healthy. Keeping your gut working optimally will help fight cancer and prevent it from forming in the first place. 

Fiber is so important for us because it's what sets up our microbiome to be able to work in a capacity that is providing a healthy immune system for us. We need a healthy immune system to be able to fight off disease.  If you are aiming for cancer prevention or healing, getting in daily fiber is a must!!

In today's episode I will share more benefits of fiber and tell you 5 ways to help you get more fiber into your diet daily.
