3 things to get your gut health rocking when healing cancer with Erica Matthews

Today's episode was a fun one with my good friend Erica Matthews. She is a cancer and life coach, and you can follow her on Facebook here and also on Instagram here. Erica also has a Facebook group, so if interested, join her at Hope and Healing for Cancer here.

In this episode we shared a few things that you should avoid that make your gut microbiome worse and also 3 things that you should add to your gut healing regimen for optimal healing. This is so important when you are trying to heal from cancer because of the microbiomes connection to your immune system.

Check out this great book by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz called Fiber Fueled. I loved it so much that I may read it again soon!
