In our second episode, which is exclusively focussed on Agile Methodology, let's try to find the answers of some of the least asked questions in the Agile industry. What is the importance of an Agile coach? What are the 7 habits of a successful Agile coach? What are some of the common mistakes the Agile coaches are typically seen to commit? How does an Agile coach walk the reverse path by questioning the answers instead of answering questions? Why should an Agile coach be a good listener? Could managers be the real barrier to a complete Agile transformation? What kind of support(s) do organizations need to fully transform to Agile? Can managers be leaders? One of the Agile Values states “Responding to Change over Following a Plan”. Then why is there always a resistance to change of Scope within the Sprint? What do teams commit to if they are not committing to the scope of the Sprint? What if there is a business opportunity? Does that mean that has to wait until the end of the Sprint? If so, what about the opportunity lost? What is the importance of alignment in scaling Agile? What according to you are the most important things that a SAFe Agilist accomplishes?
