In this episode, I was joined by QAPM, who is another member of the Upland Australian community—well, kind of. QAPM has been actively involved in Upland since back in the Fresno days, spending time navigating the platform fairly independently before moving more and more into collaborative community engagement. That has led to him becoming one of the most active and engaged members of the Cosme Velho Node community in the Upland Metaverse, helping to establish and continue to develop the Rio neighbourhood towards the goal of reaching Neighbourhood Collection status. We spoke about that journey, of course, as well as his perspectives on Upland’s development and role within the wider WEB3 sector, and its own trajectory. We also discussed his personal history as a quasi-Australian, having been born in the United States but spending many of his formative years living and exploring his hometown at heart, Sans Souci in Sydney. It turns out that QAPM and I share a number of life events and perspectives, some of which we also discussed, and I hope you enjoy getting to know QAPM a lot better through our chat, as much as I did. While QAPM’s IRL citizenship is somewhat complex to unpack, he knows exactly where his home and heart are located in 'The Metaverse and Beyond!'.
