Episode 1 - Pilot

Episode one of the Up From The Rubble introduces the audience to Manfred Reich, a boy growing up in Berlin, the epicenter of World War 2. Despite many incidents such as his mother's apartment being bombed and his sister dying without being able to say goodbye, Manfred remained resilient and positive. Narrated by his son Simon Reich, together they go through Manfred's past to uncover stories that have never been revealed until now.
