This is one of the most vulnerable episodes I’ve ever shared. But I believe in soulful conversations, especially the ones that are tender, real, and sometimes too painful that we avoid sharing them out loud.  Because this is where healing begins. Vulnerability connects us all. And sometimes it’s these challenging conversations that need to be shared not shied away from.  This is what sacred leadership looks like. Earlier this year, I experienced a pregnancy loss. It was heartbreaking.
