
Ok, my lovely humans here we go another week and another goal, and today I thought it would be super interesting and beneficial if we chatted about meal prepping, avoiding sugar, and thinking more about protein especially when you are hungry. Ok, so warning I am not a nutrition expert nor do I hold any degrees in meal planning but what I can share with you is my approach to fitness and putting good quality food into your body.
