You’re not alone. Some days I feel sh*tty. And I briefly (for basically 20min) talk about the sh*tty thing o experienced recently. You’re not alone. Being human also means feeling some things that can make life hard or bothersome or whatever it is that you’re going through. As I also say, God has got you (and me), so you’ll be fine.
