Welcome to the Unlocking Behaviour Change (UBC) podcast – a show all about psychology and changing behaviour. Meet your hosts: Professor Robert West and Jamie West OBE (not really, but he wanted a title). In this opening episode Robert and Jamie introduce the topic of the first season: decision-making. They tease a brand new framework to help make sense of it all and dive into the concept of cognitive dissonance.
