Fast forward to today, and Richard has trained over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers with his unique blend of motivational speaking and strategic rhetoric. He’s not just a business leader; he's also a collector, boasting the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America, weaving gamification into the heart of his company culture.

Richard holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a language proficiency certificate from the University of Sevilla, Spain. His dedication to education and giving back is evident through his annual scholarship for students majoring in world languages, and he’s been honored as a Keynote speaker and inducted into the Hall of Fame for Business.
