Pop culture can be described as a Rubik's cube of different shit -- a mishmash of mediums in the cultural zeitgeist that's begging to be dissected. Join Leandro DS and a revolving door of friends and guests as they (try to) deconstruct all things pop culture with a combination of nonsense and words they find in a thesaurus.

Episode 19 - Back in the Day: Oasis (with The Podcast Coach Paul Catherall)

At one point, Oasis christened themselves the biggest band in the world and it was very difficult to argue against it. These were the guys that played in front of a quarter of a million people in Knebworth after all. But that was in 1996, which is only 2 years after Leandro Ds and Vito Alip were born. Despite being massive fans of Oasis, they could only wish to experience the height of their popularity. But it doesn't hurt to ask what it was like back in the day.

Listen as the Unli-Pop! Usuals welcome The Podcast Coach Paul Catherall to the show. A UK native, Paul shares his experiences when Oasis were at their peak. They talk about everything from Oasis' roots, the magic of their first two albums, the disappointment of Be Here Now, and even the Battle of Britpop!
