
In this episode, we speak to Dorothy Dalton, who heavily involved in HR and Tech, particularly in potential changes to HR and workplace processes and practices including remote working and Post COVID19 challenges. She is also a keynote speaker, author, facilitator, HR blogger and media contributor. She has written handbooks and designed training programmes for major international organisations to combat bullying and harassment to build inclusive workplaces. She supports organisations that seek to achieve gender balance, diversity and inclusion. Dorothy recently conducted research for the EU Council and NATO relating to Micro-aggressions in the workplace. Her current projects are around “bias-managed” hiring systems. Specialities: gender-balanced shortlists, bias conscious recruitment, sourcing attracting and recruiting diverse top talent, cross-sector and function.
