Maayan was a paramedic in the army, is now a volunteer paramedic in United Hatzalah, and is in her 5th year of medical school. She is married to Jessica and they are mothers to their baby Eli. She is a woman who represents equality, justice and is the definition of "Do not judge”. She truly believes never judge or sum up a “group of people” by one person. Her messages on humanity, including gay pride, drives the message of United Humans home: we are all one people, and when it comes to saving lives in Israel, there is no discrimination.
