
Come as you are, my friend. Exactly as you are! You don't need to change anything about yourself or your environment to sit in meditation, even if it's uncomfortable. Today, we practice showing up exactly as we are and just observing what happens when we choose to sit in stillness with all the feelings, sensations, and thoughts that are present. This is a wonderful meditation for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and one that I'm very proud of. I hope you enjoy!
