
Hi, my loves! Today's episode is a juicy blend of stillness, pranayama (breathwork), and gentle yoga. We use the tool of a breath ratio (working from a count of 4:4 to 8:8) to practice deepening and lengthening our inhales and exhales, with a few restorative yoga postures sprinkled in for good measure. No experience necessary. This practice is great for when you're feeling anxious and overwhelmed as it gently brings you back into your body and allows you to feel grounded and centered.
