
Happy Meditation Monday! Each Monday, I share a guided meditation for us to practice together so that we can start our weeks with a little stillness, conscious breathing, and time to connect to the truth and the magic within. This week, I'm sharing a super short and simple meditation to invite a little softness into our minds and bodies. We use a visualization technique along with the breath to bring us into the present moment to create a little calm in our day. Suitable for all levels. No meditation experience necessary.
