In Her words!

"Hello! My name is Sofia, I am 19 years old, and I am from the beautiful city of Miami, Florida. Originally born in New York City, I moved to Miami at the age of four where I grew up and quickly became enriched by its vibrancy of music and culture. Here, I found a deeply rooted passion for the arts and have been involved in Miami’s performing arts scene ever since. I experimented with various artistic expressions from visual arts, to dance, music, theatre, voice performance, opera, and everything in between. Out of all that I have explored, music and voice performance remain closest to my heart. So much so, that I have gone on to deepen my practice through college studies and have found a deeper respect and appreciation for my craft.

In 2020, my whole world as I knew it shifted, and I soon began a beautiful spiral inwards, into the unknown. It was the ultimate unraveling process of a profound spiritual awakening. It has taken me out of my comfort zone, left my reality in question, and reshaped my entire inner world. Nothing would have prepared me for the spiritual journey that awaited me and I am eternally grateful for everything it has taught me and continues to teach me.

Every day, I feel as if I am born again, with a new sense of self that is rooted in purpose, authenticity, and self-empowerment. What a blessing!

In the near future, I hope to combine the powerful transformation that energy healing brings with my passion for music and the arts."
