Think of adaptogens as your body’s little stress-fighting sidekicks. These are natural herbs and plants that help you adapt (yep, that’s where the name comes from) to stress—whether it’s physical, mental, or hormonal. Instead of letting stress drain you or send your hormones into a spiral, adaptogens work behind the scenes to keep things balanced.
