Keshav's grandpa gifted him a yellow-colored cycle. Like Bhide with Sakharam, he too is attached emotionally to his cycle. One day two thieves steals his cycle. And throughout the movie, they get to live the life of astrologer Keshav without even knowing him personally. 

From Keshav advising others to not get attached with material objects to knowing that destiny may not change but you still can continue your efforts, this film pops up lots of questions into the viewers' mind.
