We are THRILLED to welcome the insanely wonderful and hysterical Caitlin Wilder: postpartum doula, childbirth educator, creator of Wilder Beginnings, and co-host of the You’re So Right podcast. As we quickly found out, Caitlin is that incredibly rare mix of deeply spiritual and totally relatable: a Reiki master who recently took a fireball shot on Watch What Happens Live. We get into how birth can be a portal (literally), the “ping girl” philosophy for following tiny nudges, human design in daily life, crazy past life readings, and setting sane postpartum boundaries.
