We are currently living in a time when there are countless significant reasons for people to be stressed. In fact, the easiest way to start a conversation these days is to talk about one of the many relatable stressful issues, because nothing bonds people faster than a shared sense of suffering. People are tired. Unfortunately, there's not enough sleep in life to fix us, because we've hit a level of exhaustion that transcends sleep and progresses with increasing degrees of severity.
